St. Mary’s Soccer (SMS), a community-based nonprofit serving more than 2,000 players across Recreational, RecPlus, and Travel programs, is hiring a Director of Operations to help lead the club’s day-to-day logistics and ensure a seamless experience for players, families, coaches and staff.
Reporting to the Club President, the Director of Operations will coordinate field scheduling and setup, manage equipment and uniforms, oversee registration and TeamSnap systems, and support major events like the Community Cup and St. Mary’s Cup. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative youth sports environment.
Candidates should have strong communication and project management skills, familiarity with youth soccer operations, and flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. Experience with Demosphere, TeamSnap, GotSport, and Google Workspaces is preferred.
This is a part-time, year-round role averaging 20–30 hours per week, with compensation based on experience and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
